We’ve come a long way to solving a apparel decoration problem when it comes to adding custom logos for athletic uniforms, business uniforms and other brands that requires full color or one color designs. Materials used in today’s sporting uniforms have become so technical that conventional decoration solutions such as embroidery and screen printing are no longer feasible.
With a heat press essentially, a job that was once to be outsourced could be adapted in-house into one that can be managed cheaper and more efficient than typical embroidery or screen printing. The application is designed to experience very little tension on athletic/sports garment and our materials do not adhere to themselves in a way that vinyl does. This reduces the cost of substitution and replacements.
Custom vinyl transfers can be made in any size or shape for your logo. Depending on the intricacy in detail of your logo, any section can be cut out so that the fabric is visible. Left chest badge crests, logo crests full center chest and sponsor logos are the most common uses for transfers
Heat transfer solution is applicable to many different garment types such as 100% cotton, Polyester, Poly/cotton blend, and also compression style apparel like Under Armor materials. You can even use transfers to apply to different types of jackets or coats, and even backpacks or sports bags.
